Full Stainless AE Series<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Built for washdown environments, food\u00a0handling, above food line, beverage –\u00a0dairy, soft drink, beer, pharmaceutical ,\u00a0corrosive environments. The AE-SS\u00a0series features high torque capacity
\nhelical gearing, smooth, quiet operation,\u00a0low backlash, high radial load\u00a0capacity and continuous\/high cycle\u00a0rate capability.<\/p>\n

The AE-SS series also includes Apex\u2019s\u00a0patented input bearing technology that\u00a0perfectly centers the pinion, or sun\u00a0gear, directly in the center of the planet\u00a0gears. This ensures equal load\u00a0sharing on each of the planet gears,\u00a0driving better accuracy, smoother
\nquieter operation, lower torque ripple\u00a0and lower transmission error, while\u00a0increasing longevity and decreasing\u00a0wear.<\/p>\n

The range of stainless gearboxes that\u00a0are available match existing stainless\u00a0motor designs that are frequently used\u00a0in applications, and have comparatively\u00a0low average cost increase (~50%)\u00a0over standard product.<\/p>\n
